I purchased the book as soon as I saw the quote from Oscar Wilde and the passage from Farmer Boy about donuts! Brought back fond memories of reading that as a child. The desserts in this book are delectable and the author/chef does a wonderful job of explaining the steps ♡ adore this ♡
