Please don'tb fooled into buying this .. PF Patients are geniuses at what the author is trying to sell here .. its a total waste of time & money .. the other reviews giving a thumbs up surely seems to be fake ! WHAT A MISLEADING OPPORTUNIST !!

I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in both feet from working on a ladder. I tried everything, stockings, foot braces, ice, some stretching and wasn’t getting relief. I was only able to actually walk for 15-20 and driving was painful. I purchased this book and followed instructions religiously and lo and behold my feet began to improve!! It is now about 3 years later and my feet remain at 90%. If I do have a bit of a problem from incorrect shoes or being on my feet too long I just return to the exercises for s couple of days and I’m good to go.

It works so try it, I had the condition and still reference the book years later when my heel gives me trouble. The premise is simple but I think recent research about plantar fasciitis gives it much credence.
