There are different dieting plans present in the world today which can be obtained through different resources. Each of these dieting plans claims to be better than the other one. But the plan mentioned in this book makes no such claims. It is about a popular plan or you should say a complete way of eating and living known as “Intermittent Fasting”. The third part will discuss the health benefits (the main focus of this book) of intermittent fasting.

Read like it was a high school essay project not a book, information easily found OK google. Sever grammatical errors. Bit of a biase sales pitch

Good for quick start guide to IF but if you have practiced IF or read up on it, there is nothing new here. Save your money and google IF.

One of the things that I am interested knowing is intermittent fasting. So, when I came across to this e-book online, I immediately ordered and downloaded it. I thought that this e-book is teeming with details about intermittent fasting. And true enough, when I explored it, I discovered several details about intermittent fasting such as how it works, intermittent fasting specifics, how to employ it into one's life, how to maximize its benefits, among others. I will totally recommend this e-book to individuals who are interested to uncover the health benefits of intermittent fasting.
