About the author
John Fitzgerald spent the first eighteen years of his life being raised by a single mother in Queens, New York. Driven by a strong love for his country and desire to see the world outside NYC, John joined the Marines in 1960. After his military service, John married, started a family, and spent the next twenty-eight years working for the US government in the postal service. John has always been an avid reader and started writing his own short stories in 1983. Alien G, his first published work, was inspired by real-life experiences and topics that have always been of interest to John—extraterrestrial life, ancient Egypt, and the afterlife. John is currently enjoying his retired life with his wife of forty-four years and their three cats in suburban New Jersey.
