Das wärmere Wetter hatte die Eisschicht auf dem kleinen See aufgebrochen. Allerdings war die Wasseroberfläche noch nicht überall frei, sodass Suko und ich mit den Ruderstangen die Eisschollen zur Seite schieben mussten. Unser Ziel lag an der anderen Seeseite. Ein schlichtes Bootshaus. Bisher war alles reibungslos verlaufen und wir rechneten auch nicht mit irgendwelchen Problemen, als ich Sukos Stimme hörte. "Verdammt, John, da ist was!"
