Bei der Frage nach der Sklaverei gehe es - gewissermaßen Pars pro Toto - ums Ganze, nämlich darum, ob sich das Recht als ein universales Recht durchsetzt, nach dem Gleiches nicht ungleich behandelt werden darf.
