Maybe the book was really good. I did want to continue it based off of the little I did read, but there was a lot of space/ science jargon that I had a hard time understanding. Therefore, I kept finding myself trying to understand what I was reading more than actually enjoying the book. I'm only giving it four stars because I chose not to read the book to its entirety. However, if a movie comes out, I'd definitely give it a try.

I did not find that I could force myself to read more than about 30% of this juvenile tale. Fantasy at best. Sort of Star Wars morphed into something like Guardians of the Galaxy meets Astronomy or a junenile delinquent Firefly with raging Junior High Hormones. Am deleting it from my library.

I really enjoy this author! Everything he writes is good. At least…so far. Character development, plot twists….he does a great job of making it relatable. I’m sorry that I am too cheap to pay full price to get beyond the first few installments of each series. Being retired,on a fixed income I take what I can afford.
