Oftmals wird zwar die Notwendigkeit der Integration eingestanden, jedoch scheitern bislang sämtliche bekannte deutsche Controlling-Konzeptionen hieran. Vorliegende Seminararbeit würdigt zunächst diese mangelnde Berücksichtigung, stellt das Bild des starren homo oeconomicus mittels empirischer Studien in Frage und liefert Ansätze wie diese Erkenntnisse für das Controlling und den Unternehmenserfolg genutzt werden könnten.
