The Journal of Cultural Management and Cultural Policy offers international perspectives on a wide range of issues in cultural management and cultural policy research and practice. In light of the global pandemic, environmental degradation, and racial justice crises, the contributions in this issue offer timely responses and thorough research on museum management, collection and archiving practices, curatorial approaches, and cultural policy instruments used to transform existing museum infrastructures. What is a "decolonized" collection? How does it affect exhibition development and public programming? Constance DeVereaux (PhD) is associate professor in residence and director, MFA Arts Administration at the University of Connecticut. Steffen Höhne (Prof. Dr.) is professor for cultural management and head of the cultural management course at the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar. Martin Tröndle (Prof.) is chair of cultural production at the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen. He is the editor of the »Journal for Cultural Management: Art, Politics, Economics and Society« and director of the Swiss National Science Foundation project »eMotion mapping museum experience«. He was a music consultant in the Lower Saxony Ministry for Science and Culture. He has received various prizes and awards for his research work. Zahava D. Doering is senior social scientist at Thinc Design, New York and editor emerita, curator at The Museum Journal.
