Can't even tell you how excited I was to get some more Black Knight action and WOW, was it amazing. I absolutely loved this book. Intriguing, complex, lovable characters steal into your heart as the thrills and action have your pulse racing. The balance between emotions, feels and passion and suspense, tension, danger is as sharp as a razor's edge, and it will have you desperate to keep those pages turning to see what happens next. I'm already eagerly awaiting book 2!

This is my first DNF and refund from Ms. Walker's catalog. While the writing was well done, as usual, and I loved going back to the world of BKI, I am done with romance authors using their books for their political and social justice grandstanding. I read romance for romance's sake alone. I don't need a lecture or diatribe about someone's political stance or world view.
