I enjoyed reading Just A Little Promise . It's a fantastic second chance romance . Tripp Daniels has always regretted breaking off with Skye Tremont . They happen to run into each other . They made a pact years ago if they were single and childless at thirty he would be her baby daddy . Tripp is going to play for keeps cause he's not walking this time he just has his work cutout for him to convince her to give him another chance. He will not let her down this time . This is the 3rd in the A Dare Crossover Novel series featuring the wonderful friends w/benefits, second chance romance between Tripp and Skye. The last of the Daniel's brothers is ready for his turn on the auction block except he's going to make sure of the outcome. After Tripp reunited with Skye the one that got away he knows that she's the only one that he wants to be with and he's not letting her go this time. Tripp convinces Skye to win the weekend with his money so that he can begin to make up for his past mistakes. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this wonderful friends w/benefits, second chance romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book. A very enjoyable series.This is the third book in the Dare crossover novel.They are standalones.The series revolves around a bachelor auction. Skye and Tripp had a fling a couple of years ago.Tripp was not ready forca relationship and let Skye go.Now she is back and he wants another chance and a forever with her. Tripp broke Skye's heart when he ended their relationship.Now she has just come out of a bad marriage and is divorced. She is not the same person anymore.She wants a baby and asks Tripp ti be her baby daddy,but no feelings involved. She does not want her heart broken again. She bids on Tripp in the bachelor auction so they get to spend a weekend together. Tripp does break through all her barriers,but it is not easy. There are tears,emotions,family,friendships, laughter,steam,romance and a happily ever after. I cannot wait for the next book in the series.
