Kick Home is the third book in the slow burn, steamy, seasoned Southern Oaks trilogy. Given the overarching plotline, it’s best enjoyed when read in order. Everything is turned up for Kick and Thomas in this book: the stakes, the suspense, the heat. You certainly don't need to have a chronic illness to enjoy this book, but if you do, Kick McKenna is the heroine you need.
