This is NOT a stand alone story. You must read the previous books in the series. Its about the newly married couple, EJ/Everette and Bri and their start on their married life. EJ and Bri are rock stars and EJ comes from a very famous family. We get to see a lot of his parents, brother RJ in this story. While in love and riding off into the sunset. Their life together are not all happiness and rainbows. For one they have contract issues with their former record company. Also they are dealing with some family complications relating to EJ's brother RJ and his complicated relationship with drugs. And Bri and EJ have to figure out what their futures hold and where they want their new family to go. This was a fast paced book. It deals with contract issues, drug addiction and a new start to a marriage in the public eye. I loved watching Bri and EJ work out their plans for the future together and stand by each other through everything that comes their way in this book. Central to this book is that love is complicated and just because they have money and fame, they also have some real problems as any marriage has. It was really awesome watching how they learned to communicate with each other and the family members as well. I received a complimentary early release copy of this e-book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Keep the tissues handy. After all, this is a Laramie Briscoe title, and her books always have some big emotions. I don’t even know what to say. I’m still processing the rollercoaster ride it took me on and the story hangover I’m feeling now. I adored watching the Thompson clan pull together to face the latest challenges set before them. I particularly loved seeing EJ and Bri as they became a unit; having the hard conversations, making the tough decisions, and loving each other no matter what. This was such a beautiful place to end the trilogy, but I don’t want to let go of these characters. My fingers are crossed that just maybe we’ll see more of the Thompsons in the future. This is book three in The Nashvegas series and it concludes EJ and Bri's story. Omg I went through so many emotions while reading this book, I laughed, I cried and I sobbed with everything that was going on but above all my heart was so full with this beautiful story. There are struggles, family, patience, togetherness, support, hope, love and some difficult situations along with the strong and intense connection and hot chemistry between EJ and Bri that you could feel it sizzling of the pages and I couldn't put it down and read it in one sitting as it was so addictive. Just remember that this is not a standalone book and you will need to read book's one and two so that you can get all the background history but this series is definitely worth reading. Laramie Briscoe is an amazing author and writer and the depth of her story's are what makes them real page turner's and she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention and on the edge of their seats throughout the whole book.
