Forbidden love! Unlike all the other gods, Nut and Geb want to be together. They have tried to be careful not to arouse any suspicion but apparently, they were not careful enough. Now they live under the shadow of a curse. If they can’t find a way around it Nut will die! This story brought the gods to life with relatable emotions and interactions. The solution was ingenious and humorous. I received a free copy but my review is honest and voluntary.

This Author was new to me but the book sounded like it could be a good read. I'm so glad I took a chance. While there is steamy romance it isn't in the forefront, the conflict and self-realizations took priority. This gives you a chance to get to know the characters and really fall for them, root for them, feel for them. This was a fun, well written book with great world building and interesting characters.

Very cool story. Another story based off Egyptian mythology. This author does her research. I really enjoy the way she writes. You feel like you are there. Watching these two overcome forbidden love feels like a treat. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
