Over recent decades, the notion of leadership has become increasingly significant in organisational and management literature. Tony Manning and Bob Robertson both spent many years working in business and management consultancy and advisory positions, and in a variety of academic roles. Sadly, Tony Manning died in 2021, before the book was published.
