نبذة عن المؤلف
J. Kevin Ford is Professor of Psychology at Michigan State University. He has published over 100 articles, chapters and books and is a consultant on individual, team and organizational development. Dr. Ford is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
