Lexi Ryan is such an amazing writer. Every new hope novel/story is exciting and different. I was so caught up in this book like all the others. Can't wait to see what happens next,

There are spoilers if you have not read the prior New Hope stories especially the Here and Now series.... Max and Nix... This was such an amazing and emotional story. Max has had much heartache as we have seen after Hannah chose Nate, but he is an amazing father as he raises his daughter. Nix moved to New Hope to escape her past and she guards those secrets, especially after she has lost one love after telling him the truth. Max and Nix have a solid chemistry that Nix is not willing to give in to as she can't go through that again. However, Nix's past seems to be catching up to her as things start popping up and she finds safety in Max. Will these two be able to truly escape Nix's past and let the chemistry they have ignite? Will her past take her away from Max and New Hope altogether? This is an amazing suspenseful love story that keeps you guessing until the end. I love all that Lexi has poured into all the New Hope stories!

I loved this book. Max was always one of my favorites and I'm glad he found his love. This book was emotional and too addicting couldn't put it down.
