Ratings and reviews

Full of twists and turns, the story anhd the characters are well motivated and sensible. The ending was a bit jarring, but like the story, it was self-inflicted as the description never mentioned this not being a stand-alone novel. Dragging this roller-coaster over another book may start pushing the realms of believability, which makes me hesitant to continue the story.

This book is a total of 118 pages, the rest is advertising for other books. It's free, but as other reviewers have noted, the other books in the series are not and between them, they make up a complete story. I found it hard to believe Dane's character, a Billionaire with no edge really, and I just struggled to believe his motivations or that he would agree to all the contrived reasons for faking a relationship. The book is riddled with spelling and grammatical errors and the pacing is all over the place. It could have been a really fun, exciting story, but the characters just seem unrealistic and hollow, and the plot just isn't believable. I hope others get more out of it!

Very disappointed. There's nothing in the description to indicate this book ends on a cliff hanger, but it does indeed just stop. I now discover I'd need to buy FOUR more books to get the rest of the story, at a cost of over £10. Thanks, but no thanks. What I'll actually be doing instead is deleting it.
