Roy Earl Cool, the author is a disabled veteran, having been wounded while serving in the United States Navy, during World War Two. when his ship was damaged by a kamikaze plane off of Okinawa, he served over twenty years as a West Virginia State Policeman. He and his wife presently live in Diana West Virginia, they have three sons.
