I have to admit that I am not a morning person. No matter what time I go to bed and what time I get up, I just can't get up and start moving right away. I desperately needed some options to be able to get out of bed without resetting the alarm numerous times. I have tried several different things but nothing has worked, until I took the advice that was written in this book. Energy Hacks, by Life 'n' Hack, is full of ways to overcome your tiredness in the morning and your mid day slump. If you are not a morning person, such as me, you can perform some breathing exercises or just temporarily visualizing happy memories to give yourself a boost. (All the instructions on how to do this are included in this book.) There are many more hacks to perform that are mentioned in this book that really do work! I really enjoyed reading this book. It was very well written, informative and gave some great ideas on how to give myself a boost of energy in needed times. All of the hacks are proven to work if you follow the instructions in the book. I would highly recommend this book to anyone needing some hacks to increase their energy levels!
