关于此电子书

All too often, we view negotiation as an innate skill, something that we are either born with or without. But the truth is that we can learn and improve the art of negotiation, and almost anyone can benefit from formal training on the topic.

Negotiation Skills Training helps trainers focus on the needs of learners by providing a step-by-step process for negotiation, backed up with practical exercises and tools to help create a flexible, supportive learning environment. Handy icons make it easy to find specific types of tools and materials. The book also provides a complete array of planning guides and ready-to-use materials, including:

·         instruments for assessing needs and providing training

·         sample agendas for half- or full-day sessions

·         structured experiences and case studies for real-life analysis

·         online materials, including Word documents and PowerPoint slides, for additional support.
