Darlene Yee-Melichar, EdD, FGSA, FAGHE, is professor and coordinator of gerontology at San Francisco State University (SF State) where she also serves as director of long-term care administration.

Cristina M. Flores, PhD, RN, FGSA, is the owner and licensee of three six-bed residential care facilities for the elderly in California, a lecturer in the gerontology program at SF State, and an adjunct professor for UCSF.

Edwin P. Cabigao, PhD, RN, is the Chief Nursing Officer for the Jewish Home in San Francisco where he manages the strategic, operational, regulatory, and financial performances of the organization’s nursing services.
