R.C. GUPTA, PhD, is Professor and Head, Department of Industrial and Production Engineering, SGSITS, Indore. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants (ICWA), Kolkata, and the member of Institution of Engineers (India).
