Acerca del autor

Judith Johnson is an author, mentor, and educator whose work focuses on developing the ability to consciously thrive and evolve into our best selves. Her mission is to help others master the art of being true to themselves. Whether mentoring, leading workshops, or speaking to groups, she helps others connect deeply to their most treasured truth and inner wisdom, so their lives can be lived in alignment with what matters most to them. For over forty years, Judith has been studying and teaching about the dynamics of how our beliefs inform our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors both as individuals and in the development of our relationships, social order, culture, and institutions. At the core of her work is the fact that in order to thrive as individuals and as societies, we must first deconstruct dysfunctional beliefs, values, and assumptions. Only then are we free to envision and create healthier, productive, and fulfilling lives. Judith’s work draws upon her own life lessons, wisdom teachings from around the world, doctoral degrees in social psychology and spiritual science, and mentoring others. Ordained as an interfaith minister in 1985, she serves as a chaplain at her local hospital and counsels the grieving. She is the author of Writing Meaningful Wedding Vows.
