Author

Director, Eduact Innovation Labs

B.E. (Hons) Computer Science,

 Alumnus BITS Pilani

How many of us have heard that there is a lot to learn and imbibe from Ramayana? Are we not missing those bedtime stories, told and retold by our grandparents and parents, which added “rich values” to our lives and “enriched” our thoughts? Yes! Most of us started feeling this lack. It will be felt even more in times to come. To fill this gap, Srirama Chakradhar presented life and skills through the lens of Ramayana in the most methodical approach. The outcome of 7+ years of his extensive research on Ramayana is “Thavaasmi - A journey towards completeness.” Thavaasmi is the first of its kind practical guide and pedagogical model in the entire world, which aims to make a human out of man. This book is based on his “If not now, when? If not you, who?” approach towards life. In pursuit of his passion, he has come with his latest work - “Manasvi – Art of Mind Management through Sundara Kaanda.”

The author’s other brainchild, “The Wheel of Life”, is aimed at bringing in a regimental approach towards time management and skill acquisition in young minds right from their early days. Being the architect of “Mission Live and Lead Life” and “Ayushmanbhava” initiatives, he transformed the lives of many with his simple yet profound, and strong methodical techniques towards life. He strongly believes that service and spirituality are two sides of the same coin.

A passionate teacher and personality development trainer by choice, Srirama Chakradhar believed in addressing the roots than ephemeral cosmetic solutions. His mentorship has inspired several others and resulted in budding mentors joining force with him in his mission. Along with working as an Educator, Life Coach, and Mentor, Srirama Chakradhar has worked in Retail, Analytics, Research and Development domains during his stint as a Computer Engineer.

Madhavi Davuluri

Director, HR Transformation

Deloitte

Postgraduate in HR Management,

Alumnus of XLRI

Madhavi is a strong believer that a controlled mind can bring the necessary transformation from within. She admires her grandmother’s (her role model) conviction, resilience, and positive mindset in dealing with life adversities and realized that a strong positive mindset is the key to achieving anything. She benefited from constantly hearing about Ramayana in her childhood as bedtime and free time stories from her great grandparents, grandparents, and her parents. Her journey to delve deeper into the epic and explore its value system started in 2013. She understands that bringing the change outside happens naturally when the change starts inside and is on her self-transformation path. Her goal is to elevate the importance of Ramayana and spread the wealth of the epic to help curious minds unlock the hidden value of our scriptures to be successful in their lives.

Madhavi was thrilled to see the birth of “Thavaasmi: Life and Skills through the lens of Ramayana” authored by R Srirama Chakradhar & A Sarada Deepthi. She joined their team to serve the mission of Srirama.

Madhavi is blessed and supported by her family, who are the pillars of strength in everything she undertakes. While she was a mother of two children, she completed her bachelor's and post-graduate education with strong support from her husband and parents. Madhavi is balancing her goal with her professional commitments. She is working as a Director - HR Transformation at Deloitte, a firm that is committed to creating better leaders and exemplifies the values to the core.

Deepthi strongly believes that, apart from good physiological nourishment, children must be provided with rich psychological nourishment as well. In her mission to provide such nourishment, she worked extensively with the author on several projects, including Thavaasmi, Manasvi, and more. With her exceptional hard work and proficiency in Ramayana, she brings structure, relevance and elegance to the projects. Along with being the co-author, she plays an active role in several team initiatives. Her conduct and actions are an inspiration to several others, including her teammates.

Hailing from a Government school, her determination rewarded her in getting into one of the best institutions of the country, BITS Pilani. She is a classic example of “I'M POSSIBLE.” She chose her family over her lucrative VLSI career. From being a passionate homemaker in the Netherlands, she positioned herself in the domain of Personality Development and groomed aspirants of various age groups from across the globe. Her only desire in life is to groom children into patriotic leaders. And she lives by it! Now she is an Educator by passion and profession.
