This book is very good, in its detail and science, and the author knows his stuff, but what is not outlined anywhere, is that, some of the main exercises are not available to the majority of us. Tractor tyre turning, sled pulling.....? Without going to a specialist gym, or having the space outside to create your own, some of the workouts seem out of reach, although they are most definately effective, i feel that the obscurity of them should be outlined, as i now feel i have wasted 13 quid, and two nights.
