Die Arbeit versucht, "KAFF auch Mare Crisium" als intertextuelles Werk zu lesen und anhand beispielhafter Verweise das damalige kulturelle Wissen, sowie den politischen Zeitgeist aufzuzeigen. Es soll die Frage beantwortet werden, inwieweit das Mittel der Intertextualität in einem fiktiven Roman als historisch wertvolle und authentische Wissenschaft angewandt werden kann.
