The author has given us a wonderful holiday story that pulls us into the lives of Adele and Hale. The story keeps us turning the pages with humor, connection, denial and steam. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Its been a while since I visited the wonderful setting of Pelican Bay Orchards and this creative world from Author Megan Matthews, but its always like that wonderful feeling of returning home and to family, as they are such endearing characters to read about. I find with Megan's storytelling it is quite a whimsical world filled with such a variety of emotional components that really leaves me feeling so satiated.
