An excellent reference guide for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt Practitioners. This is a simple step by step guide in how to apply the most common tools and methods used by business process improvement professionals. If you are a student or new practitioner of the world's leading process excellence methodology, I recommend having a copy to the Lean Six Sigma Pocket Tool book nearby, I am confident you will find an invaluable aide.
