About the author
Prof. Dr. rer. nat. habil. Michael May ist Professor für Facility Management und Informatik an der Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) in Berlin. Er ist Vorstandsmitglied des Deutschen Verbandes für Facility Management (GEFMA) und leitet dort seit 2001 den Arbeitskreis CAFM, dessen Mitglieder das Handbuch unter seiner Führung erarbeitet haben.
