    Carrie H. Kennedy, PhD, is a Lieutenant Commander in the Medical Service Corps of the U.S. Navy. Currently, she is a Clinical Neuropsychologist at the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute where she conducts evaluations on aviators, air crew and air traffic controllers.

    Jeffrey L. Moore, PhD as a Naval officer, he established neuropsychological laboratories at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute. Since his active duty retirement, Dr. Moore has served as Clinical Neuropsychologist for the Robert E. Mitchell Center for POW Studies.
