Mintesnot G. Woldeamanuel is an associate professor of urban studies and planning at California State University Northridge (CSUN). He was an assistant professor in the Planning and Community Development Program of Saint Cloud State University, and a research fellow in the Transportation Research Institute of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). He lives in North Hills, California.
