This has vast implications on individuals and society in terms of hardship, lack of social concern and responsibility and a culture that promotes selfishness and self-satisfaction at all costs. This vicious circle propagates more destruction of marriages and the sad story grows. This short booklet is an attempt to share my learning and understanding of the main issues in a marriage and a look at what it takes to make a marriage a source of great joy and fulfillment in this life. I hope that those who read it will benefit from it and will live happy, productive and satisfactory lives. The book is focused at Muslims but others can also benefit.

This was a very good read for me. It allowed me to see my faults and what I can change to become a better wife to my husband. It opened my eyes to a lot of situations that I should be addressing and how to address them. There were a lot of pointers about how to express more love and affection toward my husband that I thought were cute and to let him know that he is loved and not forgotten about. Lastly, I like how the book grounds us and almost forces us to focus on what and where we maybe going wrong.
