In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden die Entwicklung, die Optimierung und die Anwendung verschiedener Mikrofluidikchips hergestellt aus zwei elementaren, verschieden kombinierbaren Grundstrukturen gezeigt.Die entwickelten Mikrofluidikchips dienen zur Untersuchung der Stammzelldifferenzierung, zur Gewinnung wertvoller Substanzen durch Metabolic Engineering von Pflanzenstammzellen und zur Herstellung von Polymerfilmen mit einem Gradienten über die Porenmorphologie für spätere Zelluntersuchungen.
