Basic bore did not need that much waste of good trees ... Did not really hit on true power brokers . Did not go back deep enough . Those truely in power never lose those positions they are passed on after death they die in positions of power .

The book tries to overcomplicate a simple idea. It presents a fairly interesting concept, and explains it in a redundant way that belies the over importance it credits itself.
About the author
Moisés Naím is a scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and an internationally syndicated columnist. He served as editor in chief of Foreign Policy, as Venezuela's trade minister, and as executive director of the World Bank.
