Love it! You wouldn’t know it was part of a series! The scenes. The character interactions and the drama - superb. Daruka Montreau is running from her father and seeking sanctuary at The Blackthorn Academy just causes her to find her mate - comically it is a lust demon elf Asmoday. The character pains and growth are interesting and the sexy scenes are hot. I love reading Daruka’s thoughts when it comes to Asmoday. Definitely age 17+ reading. It does have a HEA and ends on a light note.

Highly enjoyable read! Daruka has been avoiding her father. Things have escalating so she took her mother's advice and headed off to Blackthorn Academy! Coming to Blackthorn was to avoid demons but it seems that fate has others plans. First time reading a story from this author. The storyline was amazing that I couldn't put it down. I absolutely love this series, being able to get different perspectives from multiple authors. Highly recommend!!. I loved the the way that this story comes together. Daruka has her own issues with her father. Asmoday just wants to be with Daruka which makes for a wonderful beginning! Both characters are dual natured, which just adds so much more to the story. This is a fantastic Monster Romance that I enjoyed every page of! Fantastic Read!!! I Loved It!!! No Spoilers!
