Your audience doesn’t need every encyclopedic detail. They have neither the time nor the patience--especially in this Twitter-driven world--to listen to long presentations. Keep brevity in mind while you’re developing your presentation. When you’re done, take one more look, and find more to omit. When in doubt, leave it out. Here’s how....
