I love the role reversals of this book! If you're sick of insecure, wimpy females having to be convinced and saved by her love interest. If you love strong, intelligent, take charge women who save the day, and a little culturally correct "Sister speak," you will love this well-written book. But read book 1 first. It's just as good. I fell in love with and could relate to the protagonists right from the start. As a Black woman, I recognize the speech patterns and styles as how I speak to those I love and are comfortable with. Don't let reviews from people who have no real understanding of our culture keep you from enjoying these great stories. I don't normally give 5 stars and never twice in a row on a series, but they are well earned stars. Great work. Keep it coming!

This book had lots of potential but was ruined by the lack of character depth and the storyline being rushed.

Read books one and two can't wait for three. Very very good stories.
