Recycled lectures Ferguson gave plus long quotes to make a book of 100 pages sold for the price of more comprehensive books by others on the same subject. He made some good points, but gave no good insights on fixing America's problems. Mercifully the book is so short readers won't waste too much time on it. Better still, skip this book and don't waste any of that time.

Niall Ferguson is one of the world's most renowned historians.
