Germany’s double World and Olympic Champion, Udo Quellmalz, presents the O-soto-garis he used against right and left handed opponents, whilst classical variations are presented by GB’s Euan Burton and Winston Gordon.

Three of France’s greatest fighters – Darcel Yandzi, Lucie Décosse and Ugo Legrand – show how O-soto-gari works perfectly alongside fast movement and alternative grips. Learn the diagonal attacking O-soto-garis of Japan’s Keiji Suzuki, Germany’s Ole Bischof and Mark Huizinga of The Netherlands, and the multiple ways in which the technique can be used in combination with other techniques.
