All I wanted was a simple book on Traditional sweet foods and searched all the normal 'named' authors but could not find a simple simple book with easy guidance. I Found it and so have you. Dive in and enjoy. I have its brilliant.

About the author

Peyton & Byrne have bakeries at Heals, St Pancreas, The ICA, The British Library and The Wellcome Collection. The company, established by renowned restaurateur Oliver Peyton, also caters the capital's coolest cultural hotspots: The National Gallery, The Wallace Collection, Inn the Park, and, most recently, Kew Gardens. Oliver Peyton's first ever restaurant was the Atlantic Bar and Grill in Piccadilly. He is currently a judge on the Great British Menu.
