When the war breaks out, though, suddenly a pilot who can dodge the powers that be looks a lot more valuable. Ray must grow into more than a smuggler if Felicitas is to have any hope at all.
The three of them will discover what they really value, what they're willing to sacrifice, and who they really are. Human Space is at war for the first time in hundreds of years, and only Langston, Tia and Ray have any hope of stopping it.
