Jagadeesan Subramanian has been a person of unique capabilities since his childhood. It is an inbuilt characteristic of his to be determined and focused on achieving his vision in both personal and professional life. He is an inspiration to many and a great motivator too. He has helped develop many professionals in the hospitality industry. He has been a consultant and set up projects for a major chain of hotels and restaurants in both India and abroad. He authored his first book back in 2006. His understanding of people and their behaviors is tremendous. He has had an opportunity to work with over twenty thousand colleagues during the span of the thirty years of his professional life. He had conceived new methods and concepts at various times of need, implemented them, and succeeded professionally. He believes ‘love and respect’ are the two major components of life that can make one succeed in life. He had been spending time helping out the poor and needy; so far he had helped over a hundred poor students study free of cost and got them placement too. He dedicates most of his time to developing and enhancing all those who seek help from him. Presently, he is heading an organization in the Sultanate of Oman and keeps traveling to impart his knowledge.
