Mental health issues are a growing concern in our modern Western society. This is part of an increasing interest in questions about health, quality of life, personal development, and self-fulfilment. I think they should've used a different part of the book for a sample, in hopes it gets interesting. This author is a blow bag. He just rambles on bout nothing interesting n keeps telling the reader he'll b getting to his point of discussion soon or soon in chapter 4? The price is ridiculous. Multi-million #1 best sellers should b making tons more cash if crap like this goes for almost $100.
