Rick is a Fitness and Wellness enthusiast and believes in living life with a positive and energetic approach. Spent a 35 year career in the Fitness Industry. He currently owns Rick Strout Consulting Services. He does motivational speaking on the good matters in life and living a balance in wellness. His services also include consulting in operations and staff development in the Fitness and the Spa Industry. Rick travels to Mexico frequently and has a deep interest in ancient cultures and the mystery they hold.
