Read this book within less than a week. Not sure if it's because of the transfer in format from paper to electronic, but it was full of grammatical errors and very poorly written. Really did not learn anything I didn't already know.

I like that it has short (15 minute) strength training circuits that are described in words, but also shown in easy to follow photos. They have circuits to target all parts of the body and even have a section of stretches and strength training to help heal and prevent pain in different areas.

This is a wonderful reference book for strength training. I finally just purchased a copy. I haven't read it cover to cover, but I've read bits and pieces of it and will eventually read the whole thing. Talk about all the most important points to take care of: food, health, body, diet, etc. I highly recommend it!

Patricia Williams has been a nutritionist for the past five years due to the influence of her parents, who were health psychologists. She obtained a master’s degree in the study of Nutrition and a minor in Psychology from the University of Chicago. From there, she became a certified personal trainer and continued to influence others to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
