About this ebook

A steamy, age gap, rockstar romance with a bit of a slow burn, a strong sassy heroine, a grumpy alpha hero, low angst, and a happily ever after.

Love has a way of blazing through you like poison, leaving you breathless but still wanting more.

On the way down it burns like whiskey, coats your throat like a love song, and enters your belly with the force of a hurricane.

I told myself never again.

I thought I had put those ghosts behind me, but some secrets don’t stay buried forever.

Fate has a way of forcing you to face them, and Sasha was the curveball I never saw coming.

I didn’t want to fall for her.

In fact, I was determined not to, but she danced her way into my heart with her pink glittered Converse, and the sweet taste of peppermint.

She’s way too young, and chasing something I can’t give her, but that doesn’t stop me from wanting her.

If I give into how I feel, will we last the summer, or are we bound to burn?

Bound To Burn is the 4th book in the Blood & Bone series but can be read as a standalone, although the books should be read in order, for the best reader experience.

Cash and Sasha’s story is perfect for readers who love a sexy, age gap, emotional, rock star romance, second chance, strong sassy heroine, a grumpy ex-musician/record store owner, a touch of humor, low angst, and a whole lot of steam.

Content Warning: This book does have mention of drug use and overdose, so please take care while reading.

Cash and Sasha's story was so good. I thought I knew what was going to happen, but I was wrong. Which I'm perfectly okay with. Bound to Burn was definitely a different vibe than Jack's story, or even Mia's. This one wasn't as heavy. Yet there was still that moment of healing, and accepting that a future can be had even if it isn't with the same person. Loved witnessing this grumpy/sunshine romance play out.

Having read Blood and Bone, Breath To Bear, and Bonds We Break i couldn't wait for more from this author and series! Ever since this book was announced i've been looking so forward to it! I picked it up as soon as i could and got right back into this series! I really enjoyed this fourth book! Cash and Sasha's journey pulled me in right from the very get go! With Bound To Burn, Ms.Dombrowiak has created such a great read that packed all kinds of feels! Her writing demands your attention.

After reading the last book I wanted Cash to have his own HEA and now he got it. Sasha was younger but that’s just what he needed to bring him out of the shell he’s been in for a while. Raised by her grandparents she’s had great role models. She smiles at me. “Fifty years isn’t the destination, it’s just part of the journey; and being with your grandpa has been the greatest journey of my life.” Cash has been betrayed by the people that he cared about most. Learning to trust again is not easy

About the author

Paula Dombrowiak grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois but currently lives in Arizona. She is the author of Blood and Bone, her first adult romance novel which combines her love of music and imperfect relationships.
