I wasn't myself and I couldn't find the right direction or the right answers to what was going on in my head. I dont have a lot of friends or because of family culture was different, so reading this book it really helped me out and each day I would try to put together and go out there to help me. I've learned so much and it gave me some self loved and cared about myself more and learn more about other's out there. I would definitely reread this book to refresh my mind if I wasn't feeling right mind, right place or my mental health.

The author has amazingly presented the ideas in order to bring one's self- esteem to a next level. And the most beautiful part is that it is written in very simple language anyone who doesn't have great vocabulary can also easily understand and implement these tips. Best of luck 👍
