Diese Studienarbeit zeigt die Optimierungsmöglichkeiten bezüglich der Usability anhand eines prakischen Beispiels von der Nutzungskontextanalyse über die heuristische Evaluation bis hin zum Redesign der Website anhand moderner Web Usability Standards.
