I shall remain thankful to Yogi Shree Anand Ji (Guruji) for writing such a Special book (PRANA TATTWA) for us. This book describes- How PRANA is not only the connecting link between Astral body & physical body, but also the importance of it for the creation of the whole Universe. (Amazing facts) How Prana mechanism works from MOTHER WOMB to DEATH to AFTER DEATH , also in idol as PRANA PRTHISTHA. About Chakra, Kundalini & Kosha w.r.t. Prana The importance of PRANAYAMA in such a way that a beginner ordinary spiritual Aspirant can easily wish to adopt it. So, this book is not only important for Speritual Aspirant but also for all like Scientific Researcher, Philosopher, Teacher... At least one’s Radius of information about prana will Increase.

The book 'Pran Tattva' written by YOGI ANAND JI is a rare book which clearly explains the importance of Pran and pranayam for us. It is based on yogiji's own experience and yogic practice so most authentic also. This book also clears many misconceptions about pranayam and kundlini. A detailed explanation about chakras and panch kosh is also given in this book so useful for yogic saadhana. I salute to yogiji ( Guruji) for writing this book and recommend that everyone must read it.

A very authentic book about Pran Tattva by Guruji I have ever read, so many many thanks to guruji for it. This book gives a clear understanding about functioning of Pran in our body and effect of pranayam in removing impurities of body and mind. Besides this, the book also covers a detailed description about chakras, kosh and kundlini which are very helpful for yogic saadhana. Therefore each sincere saadhak must read it for his spiritual development.
